About Our Founder
Born in La Paz, Bolivia, Sandra Denise Schlaupitz embarked on a transformative journey in 1999 when she made the bold choice to sell her bakery and emigrate to the United States with her three children to reunite with her mother. Settling in Naples, Florida, Sandra quickly embraced her new surroundings and launched her career in real estate to provide for her family and pursue her dreams.
As a proud U.S. citizen and passionate advocate for the Hispanic community, Sandra has dedicated her career to helping others achieve the American dream of homeownership. During the tumultuous real estate downturn of 2007, she demonstrated extraordinary resilience by earning certifications as a Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) and an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®). Armed with these credentials, she led local focus groups to devise innovative strategies that prevented foreclosures, successfully managing over 500 short sales and loan modifications to protect families and their investments.
Sandra transitioned her focus to empowering Naples investors to build thriving real estate portfolios as the market recovered. Backed by an Associate’s Degree in
Legal Studies from Hodges University, a paralegal certification in immigration law, and 25 years of real estate experience, she earned the title "Real Estate Sensei" for
her expertise in negotiations, property management, rentals, and coaching.
As President of the Women's Council of Realtors Naples on the Gulf and a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Sandra mentors agents in negotiation, offer presentation, and strategic communication. Her practical teaching approach, shaped by Florida Realtors training, emphasizes results-driven education.
A graduate of the Naples Area Board of Realtors Leadership Academy, former President of the National Hispanic Association, and founder of "The RealSphere
Southwest Florida," Sandra champions diversity, mentorship, and professional growth in the real estate industry. Her journey from a bakery owner in Bolivia to a Naples real estate leader showcases resilience, vision, and a dedication to empowering others.
